GET
/v1/product-variants/by-sku/{sku}Retrieves a product variant by its SKU. The endpoint filters by organizations the authenticated user/token has access to, then finds the first matching variant with the given SKU. Since SKUs can be duplicated across organizations but are unique within an organization, this ensures users only see variants they have permission to access. Returns the variant with its product and organization IDs. Requires ProductVariantRead permission on the variant's product organization.
